After graduating with a law degree from the University of California, Berkeley in 1996, Charley Moore became a corporate counsel and securities lawyer with Venture Law Group, a firm that represented emerging tech companies and their investors. In 1999, Charley Moore founded the first of three tech-related companies, Onstation Corporation.

Mr. Moore’s role as CEO of Onstation Corporation involved developing the firm’s vision and strategy. Under his purview, the company invented the first-of-its-kind vertical software as a service platform for the automotive service industry. He built a customer base of over 1000 automotive retailers, the NAPA Automotive Service and Parts Network, Progressive Insurance, Marsh & McClennan, and AIG. He also was integral to the company’s successful launch in the United Kingdom.

In 2005, Mr. Moore launched Rocket Lawyer Incorporated, a platform that made accessing legal services affordable to everyone. As CEO, he was integral in transforming the entire industry by making it possible for attorneys to deliver legal documents online and for prospective clients to access attorney services and enterprise solutions. Under his leadership, the company developed and patented Rocket Lawyer’s unique systems and methods for attorney-client relationships, document assembly, and nonjudicial dispute resolution. Today, the company is one of the world’s most recognized legal tech brands.

In 2025, Charley Moore founded Invictus AI, an artificial intelligence company that develops autonomous AI agents to automate complex workflows. Invictus AI solutions enable massive efficiency and cost savings.
